Gold Medals Arrive On Nintendo Switch’s “Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games” Tokyo 2020 with The Hit House Composer David Andronico’s Trailer Music
When Nintendo launched the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 trailer at E3 2019, they needed to convey all the action, all the hype, & all the glory of the real games, in video game format. But, they also needed just the right music to build that aura, so The Hit House composer David Andronico stepped up & wrote the custom trailer music “Rings.”
SEGA created a Nintendo Switch exclusive letting players compete with up to 4 people locally & up to 8 online, with all the glory of the upcoming Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, but as any one of the incredible cast of characters: Mario, Sonic, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, Knuckles, Tails, Amy, & Dr. Eggman. Not only is the list of characters incredible in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, so are the sports! These include all-new Olympic sports of Surfing – Shortboard, Karate – Kumite, Sport Climing, & Skateboarding – Park, as well as the classic events including, but not limited to Gymnastics – Floor Exercise, Swimming – 100m Freestyle, Equestrian – Jumping, Canoe Double (C-2) 1000m, 110m Hurdles, Football, Archery, Badminton, Boxing, Javelin Throw, Rugby Sevens, & Fencing!
