OUR WEBSITE WAS AWESOME. SO WE SIMPLY HAD TO IMPROVE IT.
At a glance, our new website looks like our old website. Which is why,
it deserves more than a glance. We have new biographies. Superhero
photographs. (No really, we do.) A much deeper gallery of our best work.
And a massively improved search functionality for our library tracks.
Browse around, and see for yourself.Like Jingle Bells, only without the jingle part
After thirteen years of using the same track on The Lexus December to Remember campaign, it was time for a serious update. And that’s when the guys at Team One called The Hit House. And they asked us to keep the melody, but radically rewrite the track to make it cool and contemporary.

Music was born when the first caveman banged two rocks together. Comedy was born moments later—when he jammed his brand-new opposable thumb between them. Fast forward several thousand years, and, once again, The Hit House has hilariously combined music with comedy—introducing The Funny Bone Collection Volume VI: MEGA CHUCKLUS: A collection of original scores that a paleontologist would love almost as much as musicologist would. So have a listen, and make sure your next trailer is anything but extinct.

The Hit House has signed trailer composer Danail Getz. “We are excited to add Danail’s considerable talents to our roster,” says Sally House, Executive Producer/Co-Founder. “His high-energy, action-packed style gives us yet another soundscape to explore.”
Danail graduated from The Classical Conservatory of Sofia in Bulgaria and in recognition of his talent, was immediately awarded a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston. He got his start in the film scoring business in Hollywood working in the music preparation teams for blockbusters like the Star Wars trilogy, Harry Potter, and Star Trek, and for global superstars like Elton John, Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion. Soon Danail was composing, orchestrating, contributing music to the animated movie sequels of Cinderella and The Land Before Time, spoof comedy films Superhero Movie and Scary Movie 4, and providing bone-chilling orchestrations for such horror films as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Hostel. From there, Danail switched to the world of trailers. His music has been used in hundreds of high-profile trailers including Prometheus, Ice Age: Continental Drift, Men In Black 3, The Hunger Games, Star Trek, The King’s Speech, Hereafter, Despicable Me, Iron Man 2, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Transformers, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Terminator Salvation.
