Netflix’s “Always Be My Maybe” Trailer with Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” Trailerized by The Hit House.

When writers Ali Wong, Michael Golamco, & Randall Park’s new Netflix movie Always Be My Maybe needed just the right song to lend the right amount of romantic pop to the trailer, they found The Hit House composer Dan Diaz, ready willing & more than able to trailerize Mariah Carey’s Always Be My Baby.

Directed by Nahnatchka Khan, Always Be My Maybe stars Ali Wong & Randall Park as long lost childhood friends who reconnect after 15 years through a chance encounter. When both their romantic lives not having ended up where they expected them to, they slowly start following for each other again… at least one falls back in love. But then, enter Keanu Reeves as a new hot fling who just may throw a wrench into what could have been a fairytale ending, or will he?

Always Be My Maybe has its theatrical release on May 29, in select theaters including the 11 cities of New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Berkeley, Houston, Seattle, Chicago, Phoenix, Miami, Dallas & Washington DC. Thereafter it arrives on Netflix on May 31. You can bet The Hit House will be both at the theater AND planted firmly in front of the TV for both releases! Until then, when you’re looking for the ideal music or trailerization for your next project, you know where to find us, because we’ll always be your… source for all music & sound design both trailer & commercial.
