Disney’s “Aladdin” is out of the lamp & The Hit House is thrilled!
A whole new generation will be swept up in the adventure of Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, & Genie, when Disney’s live-action adaptation of the animated classic appears theaters this May 24! After seeing the Official Trailer we didn’t dare close our eyes as the we tried to absorb the hundred thousand gorgeous & entertaining aspects of the trailer. A true cave of wonders was revealed with the treasure being the beautiful result of the final product.
Directed by Guy Ritchie, 2019’s Aladdin tells the musical fantasy tale of the rapscallion & street thief Aladdin (played by Mena Massoud), the brave & self-assured Princess Jasmine (played by Naomi Scott), & the Genie (played by Will Smith). Based upon the Arabic folktale from One Thousand and One Nights, the story follows Aladdin as he is tasked with retrieving a fabled magic lamp, which through a series of 3 wishes leads him upon an adventure to fulfill the destiny of his & Princess Jasmine’s potential romance.
Based upon the trailer, we happily are making room in our calendar for yet another “must see” theater engagement from Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The animated rendition gave us the magic of one lifetime, but with what we anticipate from Aladdin’s arrival in theaters on May 24, we now expect to see the adventure of three!
